Is this therapy or counselling?

It's neither. I'm a certified Executive Coach, not a therapist. Therapy typically looks backwards. It helps you understand where things come from. It heals deep trauma. Coaching looks forward. It helps you build something specific. And my program is the roadmap and the strategies to get you there. During the 90-days, we work on practical things: what's the vision that guides you when you show up, when you walk back home, what are your strategies to deal with stress triggers like when your kid pushes every button you have, and how to build your daily connection habit that works even when you're running on empty. If you're dealing with trauma, depression, or something that needs clinical support, I'll tell you honestly. I've been in therapy myself for over 20 years. I know when coaching is the right tool and when it isn't. And I'll refer you if needed. But most dads who come to me aren't broken. They're stuck. And stuck is exactly what coaching is built for.

Question 2

I should be able to figure this out on my own. Why would I pay for help with fatherhood?

I get it. I thought the same thing. I'd led teams of 40+ people. Secured millions in funding. Solved problems at work that most people couldn't even define. And I thought: If I can do all that, I should be able to figure out how to be a better dad. But fatherhood doesn't work like a business problem. There's no KPI for connection. No quarterly review that tells you you're losing your kids' trust. You can, however, use the same soft skill set to also succeed at work. The dads who come to me have usually already hired personal trainers, accountants, business coaches. They invest in expertise everywhere they're serious. Fatherhood is the one area where they keep trying to do it alone. That's not strength. That's a blind spot. And I had it too.

Question 3

How much time does this actually take each week?

Between 1 and 3 hours a week, depending on the phase. That includes our coaching calls, the pre-work before each call, the reflection exercise after each call, and whatever you practice at home with your kids between sessions. The home practice isn't extra time pushed onto your schedule. It's about showing up differently in the time you already spend with your family. 15 to 30 minutes of intentional connection with your kid. No special setup. Most dads tell me the biggest time investment is actually thinking. Sitting with what came up in a session. That happens in the car, on a walk, in the shower. It doesn't need a calendar slot.

Question 4

What happens if I start and it doesn't work for me?

If by Day 45 you've shown up to every session, done the work I ask between calls, and you genuinely feel no shift in how you connect with your kids, you get a full refund. But you have to have done the work. I can't coach someone who doesn't show up, and I won't take your money if this isn't working. That's the deal.

What actually happens in the 90 days?

You and I work together 1:1 across three phases. In the first phase, we map out exactly where you are and what's getting in the way of your connection, while using specific strategies to set you up for long-term success. In the second phase, we rebuild your priorities and alignment so your daily life actually reflects what matters to you. In the third phase, we lock in the practices that keep you connected under pressure. Not just for 90 days, but for good. Overall, you get 7 coaching sessions, direct WhatsApp access to me between calls, personalised exercises after every session, and a check-in rhythm that keeps you accountable without adding to your to-do list. By Day 90, the dads I work with aren't just better dads. They've changed how they operate.
