This privacy policy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).

I collect only the data necessary to provide the services you request:

I do not collect payment data directly. If payment processing is introduced in the future, it will be handled by a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe via Systeme.io), and this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Legal basis for processing

Under Article 6 of the GDPR, I process your data based on:

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a) — When you subscribe to the newsletter, submit a form, or accept cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b) — When you enrol in the coaching programme, I need your data to deliver the service.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) — Website analytics to improve user experience, provided this does not override your rights.

4. How your data is processed and stored

I use the following third-party services to operate Dads Freedom. Each acts as a data processor under GDPR:

Where data is transferred outside the EU (Google, Meta, Calendly), it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

5. Cookies

This website uses the following cookies:

6. How long I keep your data

  • Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscription, your data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Coaching clients: For the duration of the coaching relationship plus 3 years, as required for potential contractual claims under Spanish law.
  • Scorecard participants: 12 months after submission, then deleted.
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention period).

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — Request a copy of the data I hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — Ask me to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — Ask me to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Right to restrict processing — Ask me to limit how I use your data.
  • Right to data portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent — Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

8. Data security

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
